Zenify Review: What does this nootropic drink do?
Zenify is a nootropic beverage which claims to provide:
- Stress Relief
- Focus
- Creativity
- Productivity
- Alertness
But how well does Zenify really work? Is it effective? Are these so-called “neuro drinks” good for you? Is it safe?
In this review, we’ll be looking closer at Zenify to see how effective this beverage really is an if it is the choice for you.
This is what you need to know about the Zenify drink.
What is Zenify?
Zenify is an all natural relaxation drink. It is claimed to have stress-reducing antioxidants which is the equivalent of 25 cups of green tea but without the caffeine. Zenify is claimed to reduce stress, increase focus and boost overall alertness to enhance productivity.
Below, you’ll learn more about Zenify such as:

And more. Here’s what we think of Zenify.
Zenify Zero Sugar Ingredients: What’s in here?
Zenify’s ingredients are as follows:
- L-Theanine – 350 mg
- GABA – 350 mg
- Glycine – 250 mg
There’s only three ingredients offering relaxation and stress reducing value in this drink. Far less than you get in supplements of a similar nature.
But what exactly do they all do? And is it worth your time to buy Zenify to lower your stress level?
Below, we look closer at the ingredients in the Zenify drink to see how effective this beverage is for you.
L-Theanine
L-Theanine is the primary nootropic / brain supplement in Zenify.
Found naturally in Green Tea, L-Theanine is an amino acid which has links to improving alpha brainwaves. Why does this matter?
Because improved alpha brainwaves can help promote overall relaxation and creativity. L-Theanine can help to calm your mind and improve your focus without lethargy.
L-Theanine puts you in a state of ‘wakeful relaxation’ you’ll be able to focus for longer periods of time and you won’t be dragged down by the drowisness usually associated with becoming calmer.
This also works really well when combined with caffeine, you get the energized effect of the stimulant without the drawback of the energy crashes or jitters.
GABA
GABA is a good choice for Zenify in theory – but not in practice.
Why is it good in theory? Because GABA is a neurotransmitter which can help to reduce anxiety while improving mood.
It’s good for making you feel “good” and for getting in that calm state of mind.
So, why is it bad in practice?
Because orally, GABA is very difficult for your body to absorb. Once it’s in your system by oral consumption, GABA struggles to cross the blood-brain barrier and in doing so makes it incredibly hard for it to have any effect at all.
GABA is not a great option in the Zenify Drink for this reason. The benefits are a struggle to transfer over.
Glycine
Glycine is responsible for a lot of processes in the body. It’s an amino acid that can help with muscle tissue, collagen, DNA synthesizing, digestion, sleep and more.
It has been seen in some cases to help raise serotonin levels in your brain – a neurotransmitter which is linked to feeling good.
However, although there’s 250 mg of Glycine in Zenify, there’s a lot in most everyday foods. Meat, fish, dairy, legumes – these are all good sources of glycine. It’s essentially in anything with a good source of protein.
It is helpful – in the unlikely even you’re deficient in it – but you’re unlikely to notice much of a difference to your serotonin levels from the glycine in Zenify in your everyday life.
Zenify Drink Ingredients Summary: How is the overall formula?
The overall formula does have some good ingredients in it – but there are only three main stress reducing nutrients in Zenify.
And to be honest- although these ingredients look good on paper, it’s the L-Theanine which is the only one that will make any real difference here.
L-Theanine has been seen to work well with oral supplementation, GABA is too difficult to pass the blood-brain barrier, and most people have enough Glycine in their body from a normal diet.
It’s unlikely to have an overall effect on your mindset, there are plenty of other brain supplements out there which could help to a larger degree than Zenify.
What would’ve helped improve Zenify?
Rhodiola Rosea is a herb which has been linked to promoting overall mental well-being. Whereas L-Tyrosine has been seen to help reduce stress and increase focus under stressful situations.
This would’ve made Zenify a more formidable product – and definitely would’ve been better than the GABA and Glycine.
Is Zenify Bad for You?
Zenify is unlikely to be bad for you. Zenify is a carbonated water drink that contains natural amino acids to promote relaxation and reduce stress.
Zenify Side Effects: Is Zenify Safe?
There have been no reports of Zenify causing side effects. It’s unlikely that you are in any danger from taking it.

What does Zenify taste like?
Zenify tastes similar to a mild citrus drink. Zenify is also claimed to have a dry aftertaste, but overall the flavor is crisp and enjoyable for most people.
It’s a carbonated water beverage, it’s not too strong tasting. Zenify drink is a cool and natual tasting beverage.

Zenify Review Summary: Just how effective is it?
Zenify is not the most effective stress reducer / focus booster out there on the market. Although it may be one of the more pleasant way to consume brain boosters as a flavored beverage – this does not mean it is the most effective.
The ingredient profile in Zenify leave a lot to be desired. The only potent ingredient in here is really the L-Theanine. The GABA is too hard to absorb in a direct form due to brain-blood barrier difficulties, and most people already have enough glycine.
If you’re looking for an effective focus booster and stress reducer, there are better options out there on the market.

Sufiah says
My concern is that Zenify really doesn’t give a limit on how much to drink not even when you buy them a purchase that noise or description can you overdose from high levels of vitamins? This needs to be answered and he posted before someone hurts himself because he’s are vitamins and you can probably all day so please get back with me on how many Zenify to drink because I’ve been working quite a few and I would hate to have to go and make a big deal out of something that I may be just overreacting
